Hello everybody,
we´ve just arrived back in Germany after another wicked week in Scotland.
we spent most of the time in Aberdeen, as we could stay with our good friend Kristin, who is studying there.
Aberdeen is a really cool place with beautiful buildings, nice bars and great for shopping.
unfortunately we missed a bit the chance to go sightseeing, as we were really tired on our first day, when we went into town (the night before was our last night in dublin and we didn't sleep much or at all). so, we just asked (in the tourist information, which was a bit embarassing!) where the next pub was and went there to watch the liverpool match. unfortunately we just fell asleep during the match, but the couch in the pub was just too comfy... in the end we got woken up by the cheering of the fans as liverpool scored the 2 - nil, yaaaayyyy !!!! (not a bad way to get waken up, either)
the next time we went into town, we spent 3 hours in a shopping center, which was good, but no sightseeing again.
however we managed to go down to Stonehaven for an afternoon, where we saw great Scottish scenery, a really nice castle and went for some great food and DESSERT...!
we also went to Edinburgh for 2 days and had a really good time there. the city is beautiful with its castle and all the cute streets. at that time there was also some music and culture festival going on and everywhere one could watch artists and traditional music, sooo cool!
we also stayed in a pretty good backpackers where we met some really nice people with whom we went out. first to a pub quiz (carlsberg for 1 pound ) and later on to a club (with karaoke...). it's probably needless to say that we've had a very good night out (as usual).
in Aberdeen we got also treated with some great food. one night Kristin's boyfriend Ian and his friend Andy cooked some really good traditional Scottish meal for us with HAGGIS, blackpudding, mashed potatoes etc. - sooo yummy! and of course some Scottish WHISKEY shouldn't be missing with a meal like this! thanks a lot, guys!!!
on our last night we went together with a few more friends to a Spanish restaurant and had tapas, all you can eat. that wasn't bad, either
all in all, we had a really good time and can't wait to go on another trip again
however now, it's time to check out some flats in Würzburg, as the two of us wanna go there for Uni.
We can only say: LIVE ON THE COKE SIDE OF LIFE

Hi guys
That was a really cool account of your travels about scotland, and some really cool pictures, esp of stonehaven castle. boo about the need to settle and start house hunting, but if your a student you'll have just as equally good fun but just in one place!lol!
p.s love the mashing photo real skill potential there to make your own haggis one day!;op

I have an inkjet printer at home, a Canon Pixma 4500. I use it mostly for
document printing, but occasionally I need to print a bunch of photos as
well. The thing is I’m not very satisfied with the photo results I get on compatible paper,
but I knew it was possible to get better prints. So I found a good article I want to

It’s kind of a guide on how to calibrate a printer at home. The only unhandy thing is a scanner is
required, so I had to visit a local print shop for scanning. Following the article it was really
easy to calibrate, and I got much better pictures in terms of color reproduction.

Hello Everybody
Just found this forum and decided to register cause I need some professional advice
Well, the stock market has killed me lately and I'm looking to sell my property before I lose everything

think it's worth using something like this over a regular real estate agent? It obviously brings together people really looking to sell with people that want a deal and will pay quickly. The issue being you don't want to look desperate but do want to sell quickly.
Also, if anyone has any better sites for this sort of thing that would be great.
